Odoo ERP Implementation & Engineering
Your operations, running on one system that finally agrees with itself.
FSlabs designs, builds, and supports Odoo ERP for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Process analysis to go-live — handled by the engineers themselves, accountable for the result.

The Pattern We See
Growth exposes the seams between your systems.
Finance closes the month two weeks late
Because sales lives in one tool, stock in another, and someone reconciles the difference by hand in Excel.
Nobody trusts the inventory number
The system says 40 units; the warehouse counts 31. Every order becomes a phone call to confirm.
Your last vendor installed Odoo and disappeared
The modules are there. Adoption isn't. The team quietly went back to the old spreadsheets.
Capabilities
Engage us where the problem is.
ERP Implementation
Full deployment of Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and Manufacturing — configured around your actual workflows, validated with your team before go-live.
Custom Module Engineering
When standard Odoo stops at 90%, we build the last 10%: approval chains, payment-milestone billing, price controls, tailored PDF documents, portal features.
WhatsApp & AI Integration
Customer conversations from WhatsApp and Telegram, logged automatically against contacts and orders. AI assistants that answer from your own data — not generic chatbots.
System Rescue & Code Audit
Inherited an implementation that never quite worked? We audit the codebase, document what we find, and fix it incrementally — without forcing a rebuild.
Version Migration
Structured upgrades from Odoo 14–16 to current releases. Data integrity verified, custom modules ported and regression-tested before cutover.
Training & Managed Support
Role-based training until your team operates independently, then ongoing support with defined response times — not a ticket queue that goes quiet.
Featured Engagement — Tourism Operator, East Nusa Tenggara
From manual milestone tracking to automated billing on Odoo 18 Enterprise.
A tour operator managing complex, multi-stage bookings needed payment milestones, customized invoice documents, and vendor-bill price controls — none of it standard Odoo. We engineered the modules, hardened access rights for production, and trained the finance team on the result.
How an Engagement Runs
Predictable from the first call to go-live.
No discovery theater, no scope surprises. You will always know what is being built, why, and what it costs.
Week 1
Discovery & Process Mapping
We sit with the people who do the work and map how orders, stock, and money actually move. Free, and yours to keep regardless.
Week 2
Fixed Proposal
Written scope, timeline, and price. What's included is explicit; so is what isn't.
Weeks 3–10, scope-dependent
Build in Reviewable Increments
Working software demonstrated on a schedule — you steer with feedback while change is still cheap.
Go-live & beyond
Cutover, Training, Support
Role-based training, supervised go-live, then a defined support window. We stay accountable after launch.
Why FSlabs
Senior engineers, directly accountable.
You talk to the builders
No account-manager relay. Decisions get made in the meeting, by the people writing the code.
Depth across Odoo v14–19
Models, OWL frontend, reporting, access rights, migrations — including the undocumented corners.
Process first, code second
We refuse to automate a broken process. Mapping comes before building, every time.
Modern stack, not just ERP
AI assistants, WhatsApp bridges, and workflow automation engineered into Odoo — production-grade, not demos.
Common Questions
Asked before most engagements.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused single-company deployment typically runs 6–12 weeks from discovery to go-live, depending on module count and data migration. You'll have a written timeline before anything is built.
Community or Enterprise — which do we need?
It depends on the modules you need and your appetite for licensing cost. We work with both and will recommend based on your requirements, not on what earns us more — Community is genuinely sufficient for many businesses.
Can you take over a system another vendor built?
Yes — it's one of our most common engagements. We start with a paid code audit that documents the current state, then propose incremental fixes. You keep the audit report regardless of whether we continue together.
What happens after go-live?
Every implementation includes a support window with defined response times. After that, most clients continue on a monthly support arrangement; others hand over to an internal team we've trained. Both are fine.
Do you work outside Indonesia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across time zones; documentation and communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia, whichever your team prefers.
